<blockquote>That which is created holds magic, no matter how it was created. Animals and plants create each other constantly, the sea whittles stone into sand, even every newborn begins life creating tears. Therefore, all things in Léiriú are magic, and the magic of Léiriú exists in all things.</blockquote>

The Major Divina (also known as the Divina, or the Dragods) are the twenty-two draconic deities who created and oversee Léiriú and its people from the Plane of the Divina. Long ago, they inhabited the Material Plane and ascended to the Plane of Divina to maintain the operations of Léiriú's sentient life to their own standards.
The Divina are largely regarded as morally ranging from benevolent to neutral. While individuals of the Divina have their own followings, the twenty-two deities as a group are widely worshipped throughout Léiriú as a household pantheon, such that most settlements have a temple dedicated to the Divina. Each of the Divina represents a concept that is in turn represented in the Major Divina cards of the tarot, an art which is highly regarded in much of Léirian society and considered the most direct way a person can communicate with the Divina without higher magic.

<blockquote>One is to experience the world, rather than to bend it to one's own will. One's existence and self is defined by what one has experienced and what one will experience, what one has done and what one will do.</blockquote>
Amadán is the 0th god in the heirarchy of the Major Divina. They represent the mortal experience as a whole, the beginnings of journeys, and humble existence.
It is said that Amadán may wander Léiriú disguised as a mortal to keep an intimate understanding of mortal life for the Major Arcana, and to provide divine wisdom to Léirian people in subtle ways through their interactions.
----
Artistic Portrayal
Amadán is often portrayed as a bipedal dragon with a human-like face. When their gaze is pointed upward it symbolizes luck and potential, and when their face is pointed downward it symbolizes vulnerability in failure.
Symbols that represent Amadán include a walking humanoid form, and a komodo.

The kingdom of Tosaig is among the most populous regions of Léiriú, as many people throughout the land are drawn to the infinitely tall towers Sefta Ismó and Sefta Islú. The current king of Tosaig is King Janolus Zantedeschia. The current Dragarch, Rífíorscoth, oversees from the Heaven’s Embassy in Vheall.
Residential locations:
* Vheall - Tosaig’s capital city that surrounds Sefta Ismó. It is multicultural, with travelers and residents from all over Léiriú, but ultimately elf-dominated.
* Vheldeen - The main suburban district of Vheall and its surrounding farmland.
* Soladach - A dwarven city most notable for its exceptional architectural feat of a city of its size being built on the inside of a mountain. It is also known to be a haven for the arts.
* Shraivale - A halfling settlement on the road between Vheall and Felderwind. A deceptively quaint place popular for travelers between the capital cities to rest.
* Cousanta - A small town in the southeastern area of Tosaig. Its main feature is a temple to the Mother Serpent, the Lesser Divina of the Three of Pentacles.
Natural features:
* Sefta Ismó - The most popular feature of Tosaig. A mysterious and infinitely tall stone pillar, thousands of feet in diameter, which drew the fascination of people all over Léiriú.
* Sefta Islú - The lesser known of the Sefta. It is smaller in diameter and lies to the northeast of Vheall.
* Veiled Weald - A forest in the mountains at the northwest of Tosaig. It is said to be a place where people and things can go to be forgotten.
Sentinels of Tosaig
The Sentinels of Tosaig is an organization that has contributed to Tosaig’s prosperity since the early days of Vheall’s citydom. The Sentinels' Hall started by guarding the royal families, and soon branched out to the whole city- nowadays they extend throughout the kingdom of Tosaig, responding to requests for protection by towns, as well as sometimes nobility or civilians if the Sentinels' Hall approves their request. Often they will assist in defending alongside Lesser Divina when the creatures (or their overseers) feel their own protection falls short. The Sentinels of Tosaig operates similar to an adventurer's guild in that people may join (after a period of training) and then be sent off on tasks, but they don't pursue quests that would seem to lead to riches or rewards, instead solely focusing on protecting Tosaig and its people. Greater rewards that traveling Sentinels may earn or receive are returned to the Sentinels' Hall to help with operating their kingdom-wide facilities and paying their members, who receive a regular pay. They are also funded by Vheall's government as a tax-funded organization to defend the people. The Sentinels of Tosaig are fairly well liked among the people, although some adventurer's guilds and knight orders oppose the Sentinels, given that the Sentinels are not only government funded but also have the rights to any requests made to other orders and guilds in Vheall. There are Sentinels’ Halls located in Vheall, Vheldeen, and Soladach.
A Sentinel of Tosaig can be any type of person who may use their power or skill to help people. Paladins and knights are populous among their members but aren't representative of the whole. Sentinels can be identified by a foot-long curled purple ribbon with tassels displayed somewhere on their person, often draped across a breastplate.

Dwarves are stout rock- or metal-horned people of sturdy shape and lifestyle. Dwarves are typically either naturally gifted for forging magic weapons or cave exploration. Dwarves are artists and appreciators of humble arts such as architecture, sculpture and carving, forging, and similar crafts. They pride themselves in blending practicality and fashion.
Notable dwarven presences include the mountain-city Soladach in Tosaig, and their occupation in the sprawling cave systems of Kolostan’s mountain range.
There are two main variants of dwarf in Léiriú.
* Delving Dwarf - These dwarves have developed hard skulls with stone-like growths for horns, and a very efficient digestive system. They are said to have developed their features by harvesting from and exploring vast cave systems much like what exist in Kolostan. Their complexions range from typical humanoid colors into all kinds of earthen tones, but never as slate as the duergar
* Forge Dwarf - Forge dwarves have natural talent for crafting, even as far as imbuing their creations with magic without realizing it. They have horns on their heads like their delving counterparts, but they are instead pointed and shine like metal, bearing colorations between matching their skin tone to golden, silver, or even a shiny obsidian tone.
In Pathfinder
Léirian Dwarves may choose between the two options at no cost.
* Heart of the Forge: - As a Forge Dwarf, you have a gore secondary weapon dealing 1d4 damage. Additionally, as a spell-like ability, you can cast magic weapon once per day.
* Master of Caves - As a Delving Dwarf, you have a gore secondary weapon dealing 1d6 damage. Additionally, you can function without penalty on half as much food as normal.

Elves are a common race of people in Léiriú with a widespread presence.
Elves are physically characterized by their pointed features. They are tall, sometimes standing up to two feet taller than many humanoid races. Their features are pointed, frequently having almond-shaped eyes and long pointed ears. The tones of their hair, skin, and eyes can vary wildly, but the thing nearly all elves have in common is their six-fingered hands and six-toed feet, a feature that sets them apart from all other humanoid races in Léiriú. Notably, their hands and feet don’t sweat under physical exertion.
There are three main variants of elf in Léiriú.
* High Elf - The most common type of elf that can be seen is often simply called an elf, but sometimes distinguished as High Elves.
* Reversed Elf - Less common are the reversed elves, who have blood touched by the Reversed Plane, giving them colorful dark skin tones, most commonly a deep vibrant blue, and pupil-less eyes that almost seem to glow. Because of their heritage from the shadow plane, reversed elves have a poor reputation, with some people finding them cursed or unholy, not unlike black cats. Because of this, reversed elves tend towards introversion.
* Fey Elf - Also known as Eladrin. Uncommon like reversed elves, the fey elf has been influenced by Glowhatch, the home plane of the fey.
Léirian elves are prone to holding a superiority over other races. Legends say that long ago, before society in Léiriú existed as we know it today, the elves had climbed to the top of Sefta Ismó. Because of this, the elves have lain claim to Sefta Ismó by divine right and rule its surrounding city, Vheall.
Culture
Elves can have complex relationships with the cultures of other races. Some elves hold the importance of their divine right to Sefta Ismó higher than most people feel is justified, and that can cause the peoples to clash. When they do make friends, be it with other elves or anyone else, they tend to treat them with great respect. It's standard in elven culture that you do what you can to help your friends and those who have helped you, so they don't ever complain or share their woes unless it's to a close friend, who in turn will readily help however they can. This has sometimes confused travelers of other races who came to an elven tavern and speak of their own troubles, to be met with offended elven glares- to the traveler, it was only venting, but to the elves, it was an assumption that they should help this traveler they only met just now. This has given elves a reputation of being especially unfriendly, but those who come to understand the culture see the kindness in it.
In Pathfinder
Elf characters in Léiriú can choose one from the following racial traits for free.
* Distinguished Climber: - High elves in Léiriú have a climb speed of 15 feet as long as they are wearing Light or no armor. (WIP)
* Inverse Elfhood: Though Reversed elves are living creatures, they are affected by positive and negative energy as if it were undead—positive energy harms it, while negative energy heals it. Additionally, they have a climb speed on 15 feet as long as they are wearing Light or no armor.
* Elven Fey: Fey elves have a climb speed of 15 feet as long as they are wearing Light or no armor.
